HI,

DD's best friend will be heading to NY in April. The friend's mom has offered to pick up something for me (for dd). Any fun exclusives? Dd has Kit & is just into the historicals right now.

TIA,

Bren

Bump

Aren't the doll totes store exclusives? Any reviews/opinions? How much are the doll size shopping bags?

Any other thoughts on the topic?

Thanks,

Bren

What about matching varsity jackets for your DD and Kit? Or a doll high chair you can attach to the dining-table?
They have pretty cute red-black varsity jackets with the AGPNY on it.
Or check the Curt Danhauser-site, they also show the AGPlace stuff there and you can pick something there.
Happy shopping!

I don't know if they sell the little doll shopping bags. I have one and it was included in an order from the store that I placed over the phone with a PS.

The doll totes are Place exclusives. I think that they are $16 or $18, but they aren't always in stock.

Dd absolutely loves the Tap Revue outfit. It was $22 or $23 and comes with real tap shoes. It looks cute on Kit, and is styled like Molly's bday dress, so not too out of her time period.

The other stuff is modern (but cute)--T shirts, the accessories, with the cute high tops.

I think that there's a Coconut/Licorice Statue of Liberty set too that's a NY exclusive.

They also have the New York charm($6). We had to show our club membership card to purchase it but that was this summer and it seems like I've read somewhere that anyone can get it now. Not sure. We also go these conversation cards ? They are on a keychain type thing and have questions to help pass the time in the car and whatnot. They had them on the table but in a box when we ate at the cafe in Chicago and I thought they were cute. Anyways it seems like they had some exclusives outside the cafe and then near the entrance but I may be getting my stores mixed up.

You should at least get a souvenir t-shirt. And the AGP pajamas are so adorable. I'm actually kicking myself for not getting them when I was at AGPC.

I wanted to purchase the NY charm back at the end of October when I was there but they were out. I can't even remember what it looks like. I had just happened to see it in the club display.

Wow! Thanks for all the replys.

Martina's*Mommy, I esp. appreciate the link! I hadn't been to that site before. I can't believe I didn't think to check Curt's site.

Jenndon, I remember you posting the pic of Kit in the Tap Revue outfit & it is ADORABLE! I would love dd to get it.

I plan on letting dd look at the sites & see if something strikes her fancy. If it doesn't then maybe I can just get Liz (friend's mom) to pick out one of the catalog items & we can avoid shipping costs.

What do taxes run in NY? We have 5.0% here in VA.

Thanks again,

Bren
